Roadside Assistance and other Contact Information

If your vehicle is stranded and requires towing, battery boosting, fuel (up to 10 litres), tire service, key service, or other roadside services call the applicable phone number below.  

When contacting Ford about a specific vehicle, please have the vehicle's current mileage and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) available. A VIN is 17-characters composed of numbers and letters. It is found on a metal tag affixed above the instrument panel or in your vehicle documentation (registration, insurance policy, lease or promissory note).
